We have a very particular set of skills…. The “meats” if you will.
Elopement photographers are just a little different. Not only do we possess the knowledge of how to shoot weddings, a lot of us have been doing that for a long time now, but there are little things like knowing which locations need permits, knowing which locations are more private but still feel like Yosemite, carrying all the essentials you could ever need to be outdoors, shooting in ALL kinds of conditions… taking care of our elopement clients requires a certain set of skills and a lot of particular knowledge. I like to thing we have something special. The meats. 🍗🥓📸

And we're back! Have not been sharing here (or doing much photography business work really) the last few weeks because I needed a little reset. The last few weeks I've spent hanging out with my dog, I saw the Mario movie, hosted a PowerPoint night, read a book, spent time outdoors...
But I gotta tell ya, I know this is what I’m meant to be doing because I really missed it. Even for two weeks. I *like* educating people about elopements. I *like* sharing ideas on Insta about what’s possible for your day. I *like* connecting and making content that resonates with people. It’s fun for me and fulfilling, but we all need breaks every now and then. Thanks for stickin’ around. 🤠
