Hell yes.
Daylan and Cade were such a fun couple to work with, and their engagement session was probably one of my favorite sessions this year. These two let me be creative, were down to explore the city, and were so natural in front of the camera. I truly had a lot of fun with them during their OKC engagement session.
An Intimate Beginning
Daylan and Cade actually met on Tinder, but they both matched quickly, within a couple of days of downloading the app. So, the only people they ever met in person off Tinder was each other. Cade’s first message to Daylan was, “You’re so stunning. You can’t be real.”
Their first date was at Grey Owl Coffee in Norman. They met in the evening and just talked to each other about everything meaningful in their lives. They felt like old friends because it was so easy to talk to each other, and they ended up talking for four hours! The barista even had to tell them the place was closing, and they needed to go. After Cade walked her to her car, he said he’d like to do it again and kissed her on the cheek. The rest was history.
OKC Engagement Session
We went to a variety of places for this shoot, including a parking garage where we got some really amazing and interesting shots. You can really tell that these two have this deep connection. They truly enjoy being friends and spending time with each other. I genuinely had a lot of fun with them, and I think the pictures really reflect that. Is there anything better than an OKC engagement session?
I am so looking forward to Daylan and Cade’s wedding this fall because I can tell they are both putting a lot of thought into the things they both love and focusing their energy on the things that represent them best.
I’m always up for a fun and interesting OKC engagement session. If you’re looking for your own personalized photoshoot, please reach out to me! I would love to plan something with you.
What a beautiful engagement session! I love their style, and you really captured their story and love wonderfully! Great work 🙂
